A. Regulated or Illegal Products & Services

• Adult content or escort services
• Cannabis/CBD, controlled substances, smart drugs
• Pharmaceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, and online pharmacies
• Gambling or fantasy sports with cash prizes
• Counterfeit, unauthorised, or infringing goods
• Any activities illegal in your jurisdiction

B. Financial and Professional Services

• Cryptocurrency trading platforms
• Binary options, high-risk FX/CFD trading
• Unlicensed financial service providers
• Money services businesses (MSBs), shell banks
• Offshore company formation or nominee structures

C. Other Restricted Activities

• IPTV, VOIP reselling
• Arms or military equipment
• Non-profits or trusts outside of UK, EU, EEA, Canada, or Switzerland
• Trade involving endangered species
• Multi-level marketing or high-yield investment programs
• UAE-based oil or shipping companies
• Entities with links to Cuba or sanctioned regions

1.3 You also agree:

• Not to copy, misuse, or infringe our Terms or intellectual property
• Not to access or disrupt our infrastructure, software, or third-party services
• Not to use your account in a way that causes disputes or chargebacks

1.4 Use of Your Docan Money Account

You may only use your personal account to receive:

• Salary or wages
• Personal transfers from known individuals
• Payouts from freelancer/e-commerce platforms
• Client payments for business purposes (if using a business account)

Business payments are not allowed into personal accounts.

2. Content Standards

These standards apply to all user-submitted content:

• Comply with UK and relevant local laws

2.2 Content must not:

• Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
